JOB LISTING
We're hiring!
Join our team and help shape the future with us! Explore our open positions below.
You've run paid search for years, and you're the one people come to when they need to know how Google Ads actually behaves or whether an account is built right. However, managing campaigns every day stopped being enough a while back. You want to put that expertise to work on something bigger. This role is that.
We're looking for someone to take full ownership of TrueClicks' PPC product domain: deciding what we build, why, and making sure it ships.
The role is full-time. We're open to 4 days a week if you want to keep one foot in the field as a consultant. Staying hands-on keeps you close to what practitioners actually need, and that keeps our product honest.
What you'll work on
- Own the PPC roadmap. Decide what's missing, outdated, or just wrong in our core features, then prioritize it and make the case.
- Turn PPC problems into specs. You give developers input clear enough to build from. The sharper your brief, the faster we ship.
- Be the in-house PPC authority. Colleagues come to you to check how Google Ads behaves, or whether a feature idea holds up in practice.
- Work straight with the dev team. No layers between you and the people building the product. You own what gets built.
- Stay current. Stay close to our power users, the PPC community, industry events, and industry bodies.
- Help with documentation. Write help center articles, keep the public roadmap current, and produce content that drives feature adoption.
What we're looking for
Must-haves:
- 6+ years hands-on PPC, mostly Google Ads. Agency background is a big plus.
- Technical affinity. New tools, AI, scripts: you're the one in the office who's already tried them. You don't write production code, but nothing technical scares you off.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ownership by default. You spot the problem, work out the fix, and get it done without being asked.
- Translation skills. You move between PPC specialists and developers without losing either.
- A senior voice, healthy skepticism included. We want someone who says when something doesn't add up, even when it's our idea.
Nice-to-haves:
- Microsoft Ads or Meta Ads experience
- GAQL (Google Ads Query Language), or the ability to pick it up fast
- Writing or editing Google Ads scripts
- Already a TrueClicks user
What this role is not
- Campaign management
- Support or customer success
- A seat where someone hands you requirements
- A fit if you need a lot of direction to get moving
What we offer
- Annual gross salary between €70,000 and €100,000 (including holiday allowance), depending on experience, skills, and location.
- 5 weeks of paid time off.
- Direct access to the founders and real influence over where the product goes.
- Work from our Amsterdam office or remotely, depending on your time zone.
- Generous laptop, travel, and education budget.
- An informal, fast-moving startup environment.

About You
First of all, you’re the type of person who gets excited by the idea of being part of the core team at a software startup. This gives you plenty of freedom and autonomy, but it also requires you to be a self-starter and take initiative.
Also, the impact you can have on our company, our customers, and your own growth is likely to be infinitely more than in your current job. And you’re ready for that.
In terms of skills and experience, our ideal candidate:

- Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, effective designs.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

- Intermediate English written and verbal communication skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our platform.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals and technical constraints.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Ensure consistency in design and functionality across the platform while maintaining flexibility and customization options.
Benefits:
- Annual base salary up to €75K (including holiday allowance) or 1.8M CZK.
- Up to 20% bonus (on top of base salary), based on individual & company performance.
- 5 weeks of paid time off.
- Entrepreneurial and informal startup environment.
- Work together with the company founders to grow the company and improve the product.
- Generous laptop, phone, travel, and education expenses.
- Stock options
